[AI Infrastructure Company Helix Digital Secures $1 Billion Investment from Samsung Group] According to Bloomberg, U.S.-based AI infrastructure company Helix Digital Infrastructure has announced a $1 billion investment from Samsung Group, with participation from Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDS, and Samsung SDI under the group. Helix was established this June by KKR in collaboration with the Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA, and U.S. power producer Vistra. The company is led by former Amazon Web Services CEO Adam Selipsky and operates in sectors including semiconductors, data centers, cloud computing, and finance. This investment will further strengthen Samsung Group's presence in the AI infrastructure market.
