BitMine Increased Holdings by 17,362 ETH Last Week, Total Holdings Surpass 6 Million ETH

Foresight News reports that BitMine increased its Ethereum holdings by 17,362 ETH last week, bringing its total holdings to over 6 million ETH. As of September 27, 2026, its total Ethereum holdings reached 6,001,302 ETH, accounting for approximately 4.9% of Ethereum's total supply. Since initiating its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025, the company has consistently increased its holdings weekly for 67 consecutive weeks. Currently, the total value of BitMine's cryptocurrency, cash, and other investment assets is approximately $17.2 billion, including $672 million in cash and marketable securities, 213 Bitcoin, $180 million in equity assets of Beast Industries, and a $115 million investment in Eightco Holdings (ORBS). Additionally, the number of staked Ethereum remains at 5,067,309 ETH (84% of total holdings), valued at approximately $13.7 billion, with an annualized staking yield of about $358 million. Tom Lee stated in the company's weekly report that ETH has outperformed the S&P 500 by over 6,728 basis points so far in the third quarter, making it the best-performing global macro asset. He believes the crypto bull market began in late June, and institutions are still under-allocated in crypto assets, with significant increases in holdings expected in the final months of 2026. Furthermore, Lee will deliver a keynote speech on September 30 at Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) in Seoul.
