THE BLOCK: Bitget has resumed phased withdrawals after its $387.5 million exploit, with 6,878 requests totaling 3,298 BTC submitted so far. CEO Gracy Chen said BTC withdrawals are available on Bitcoin mainnet and BSC, adding that users will be fully covered regardless of whether the stolen funds are recovered.
