Recently, I keep thinking about a friend. The first time we met offline was at a dinner in the Bay Area with a bunch of OGs from the crypto space. We couldn’t stand the vibe at the dinner, so we both left early and ended up chatting at a nearby Starbucks. Turns out, he’s a legit socialist and even participates in some socialist organizations in California. He told me the most fascinating thing about Ethereum for him is still DAOs, and he’s really looking forward to seeing how they might impact social organizational structures. About half a year to a year later, he switched to AI, and by now, he’s probably had several solid investment exits.
