Created a personal crypto project info tracking tool called Signal, and it’s now open source. You can download it to your own computer and use it. (Just drop the GitHub link to the agent, and you’re good to go.) The reason for making this is pretty simple. When following a project, updates are often scattered across official accounts, team members’ tweets, and discussions by KOLs. After checking all that, you still have to switch to market pages to confirm if there are any changes in price or open interest. Signal organizes all these entry points into a Chinese reader sorted by project. Once you add a project to follow, you can view official updates, related team accounts, and recent discussions that have been indexed. Content is prioritized in Chinese, but you can always switch back to the original text for verification. The homepage compiles unread updates since your last visit, and related reports on the same event are grouped into a timeline for easier follow-up. The project page also includes candlestick charts, with options to set alerts for price, OI, and moving average breakouts. EMA 200/360 crossovers support 1-hour, 4-hour, or daily timeframes, confirmed by closing prices. The tool runs on your own computer, and your watchlist and reading history are stored locally. Just prepare Python and your own @newsliquidX API Token (as low as $2/month), and follow the Chinese tutorial in the repository to get started—no need to buy a server. If you’re only using the reader, there’s no need to install an AI assistant or skills. The source code is free and open source, but data interfaces might incur costs. It’s currently in Beta, so feel free to test it out with a few projects you’re following.
