Publicly traded company Securitize (stock ticker: SECZ) went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on July 2, 2026, through a merger with SPAC (Cantor Equity Partners II). On the same day, it tokenized a portion of its common stock directly onto Solana and Avalanche, with a scale of approximately $266 million to $295 million. The tokens represent the same class of common stock as those listed on the NYSE, with identical voting rights and dividend entitlements.
Figure Technology Solutions (FIGR) completed a traditional Nasdaq IPO earlier in September 2025, but it wasn’t until February 2026 that it issued a separate class of blockchain-native stock (FGRD) through a secondary offering, tokenized on its proprietary Provenance Blockchain.
These are two pioneers and innovators in stock tokenization.
