[Analysis: U.S. Treasury Volatility Hits Highest Since March, but BTC and U.S. Stocks Remain 'Unmoved']
According to CoinDesk, volatility in the U.S. Treasury market has risen significantly recently, while Bitcoin and U.S. stock markets remain calm. The MOVE Index, which measures expected volatility in U.S. Treasuries, climbed from around 80 on Tuesday to 104 on Thursday, marking its highest level since March, when the index briefly reached 199. In contrast, the Volmex 30-day Bitcoin Implied Volatility Index (BVIV) is currently around 37, near its yearly low of 35. Meanwhile, the Cboe VIX, which measures expected volatility for the S&P 500, is also near its yearly low at 14. At the same time, the yield on the U.S. 10-year Treasury briefly touched 5.2% on Thursday before retreating to 5.163%.
