Since entering the space, I've experienced multiple CEX hacks, including several cases involving over a hundred million. The most significant one was Bybit's $1.45 billion incident, but they made it through.
If you have assets on BG, there's no need to panic too much. There's a simple and basic way to roughly gauge if there's hope—look at the platform's earning capacity.
For example, I had AI estimate BG's average annual profitability over the past three years, which is roughly $600–800 million. Even if all the stolen funds can't be recovered, it would just mean the boss loses about half a year's income. As long as the goose that lays the golden eggs is still around, they won't kill it.
I don't have much money on BG, but I feel like it shouldn't be a big issue.
That said, honestly, in this day and age, getting your hot wallet completely wiped out by hackers? BG really should spend more on their security team
