According to a report by Golden Finance, on September 25, Amazon (AMZN.O) founder Jeff Bezos has invested approximately $30 billion into Blue Origin since its establishment in 2000, focusing on the development of rockets, satellite communications, and space-related businesses. Based on documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, Blue Origin is currently conducting its first financing round involving external investors, having raised about $10 billion, bringing the company's valuation to $140 billion.
Blue Origin currently employs approximately 15,000 people and plans to significantly boost commercial revenue. Company documents indicate that revenue is projected to reach approximately $800 million in 2025, $1.4 billion in 2026, and potentially exceed $30 billion by 2030. The company's future growth is expected to rely heavily on rocket launches, satellite communications, and AI-powered satellite services.
