Saree claimed that Saudi Arabia deployed F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets, taking off from bases such as Khamis Mushait and Taif, to attack provinces including Marib, Saada, Hodeidah, Taiz, Jawf, and Bayda, causing casualties among civilians, including women and children, and damaging civilian infrastructure. In response, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced that they had carried out two military operations targeting Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh and Saudi Aramco facilities in Yanbu, using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones, and declared the operations successful. Saree stated that Saudi Arabia's continued actions will not deter Yemeni armed forces from retaliating and emphasized that they will persist in adopting a strategy of "blockade for blockade, escalation for escalation" until Saudi Arabia ceases its actions and lifts the blockade on Yemen.
