Climate action is now a legal obligation rather than merely a matter of political goodwill. Today, at the Climate Vulnerability Forum chaired by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley of Barbados at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, I reaffirmed Sierra Leone's endorsement of the Vulnerability to Viability Compact.
