SPCX remains stable after the index adjustment, but it's now at a critical juncture where it could go either way. On the upside, it could break through 160 and return to the high range it reached post-IPO. On the downside, it could drop below 150, cashing in on the benefits of the index adjustment, follow the unlock narrative, or even return to near its IPO price.
It's still unclear where SPCX will head next, but today's news that SpaceX President and COO Shotwell plans to sell 340,000 shares worth over $52 million is a bearish signal.
Especially considering the context of the 105th batch unlock of 319 million shares on 9/24 + the delay of Starship 14, this is something worth paying attention to.
