Met President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. We agreed to expand cooperation in trade and investment, energy, mining and green industrialisation, while working together to advance reform of the United Nations Security Council and the international financial architecture. We will establish a Joint Commission to drive implementation of our agreements in tourism, wildlife and air connectivity, including direct flights between Nairobi and Freetown.
