Atlanta Fed: Majority Of US Businesses Plan To Keep Or Reinvest Tariff Refunds The Atlanta Fed Macro blog looked at how firms were using their tariff refunds. They surveyed around 1100 C-suite executives and asked respondents to select all the options that applied to them. They found 75.2% were keeping the cash, 52.5% said they would reinvest it and 17.2% said they would give customer rebates. Only 14.8% said they would use it to lower prices. (via UBS)
