According to Jinse Finance, Doubao's general Session team is undergoing staff reductions, with the team size expected to shrink by about half. Previously consisting of approximately 50 members, it was once the largest team within Doubao, primarily responsible for the company's chat product capabilities, including strategy, evaluation, and other tasks. Following this adjustment, some team members will be reassigned to Doubao's commercialization, Feishu, and other teams, while the remaining members will be laid off.
