#Bitcoin Market Report - What's next? In my last update, I said a break above $85,500 would favour $87,000 next. That's exactly what happened. Bitcoin broke straight through it and reached $87,400 before cooling back towards $86,000. Bitcoin now has roughly $1.6B liquidity above between $86,500 - $90,000 and $5.8B below between $77,500 - $85,000. This means there is now substantially more HTF liquidity below price, making a reset increasingly more likely on the HTF. On the LTF, the clearest liquidity zones sit around $84,300 - $85,100 below and $86,300 - $87,500 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep today. Whales have stacked large buy orders from $82,000 - $85,000, while major sell walls are now sitting above at $88,000 - $91,000. This means buyers are still supporting price underneath, but BTC is approaching another huge area of supply above. Meanwhile, spot demand has strengthened massively during this move while leverage traders have also built positions. This means real buyers helped drive the breakout, but I now want spot demand to stay strong while leverage remains controlled. So to make things simple for you: - $85.5k breakout → $87k+ target played out - $86.3k - $87.5k is the immediate upside zone - $84.3k - $85.1k is the main LTF downside liquidity - $5.8B below now creates a huge HTF downside imbalance risk - Break $87.5k and I favour $89k - $90k next - Lose $84.3k and I’d expect a deeper reset towards the low $80k's I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
