'2026 China Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Development Assessment Report': Global AI Computing Power Demand Satisfaction Rate Will Drop from 79% in 2024 to a Bottom of 71% in 2027

On September 21, at the AICC2026 Artificial Intelligence Computing Conference, the '2026 China Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Development Assessment Report' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Report') was officially released. The 'Report' pointed out that intelligent agents are becoming a key new variable driving the growth in AI computing power demand, and are accelerating the surge in Token consumption through a multiplier effect, thereby significantly increasing the growth slope of China's intelligent computing power. It is reported that the 'Report' was jointly released by International Data Corporation (IDC) and Inspur Information. IDC predicts that the number of active intelligent agents globally will grow from 79.4 million in 2026 to 2.216 billion in 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 129.8%.
