This round of BTC, I’m shifting from 'waiting for confirmation' to going with the trend and being bullish, but I’m not chasing the highs.
Last night, BTC broke through 82K and peaked at 86K+. The real change is that spot buying is back; last Friday, U.S. spot ETFs saw a net inflow of about $433 million. But yesterday, the entire market liquidated about $648 million in short positions, and OI (open interest) actually continued to rise—momentum is strong, but leverage is piling up again. The U.S. stock market is also playing along: Nasdaq was up +2.3% last night, S&P +1.5%, and the 10Y U.S. Treasury yield fell to 4.95%; Micron +2.77%, and the semiconductor index surged +4.29%. (AP News)
My trading strategy is simple: as long as BTC holds above 82K, the trend targets 88–90K; if it falls back below 82K, watch out for this short squeeze rally to reverse.
