This is absolutely mind-blowing.
BTC just pumped from $75,500 to $85,200 liquidating $1.8B in total!
But this is the important bit:
In Thursday's post, I said $78,600 was the key breakout level for a bigger move towards $81,000+.
That’s exactly what happened.
Bitcoin now has $5.2B liquidity below at $77,000 - $81,000 and only $750M above between $85,500 - $87,000. This means the HTF liquidity imbalance has now flipped massively towards the downside.
On the LTF, the largest liquidity zones sit at $80,000 - $83,300 below and $85,200 - $85,500 above, making these the most likely levels to sweep today.
Whales orders have jsut changed massively, with the previous huge sell walls wiped out and nothing notable until $87,000 - $89,000 above, with small whale bids below.
Meanwhile, spot demand has gone parabolic during the breakout and leverage interest has also increased, which is much healthier than it was last week. This means the move has real buying behind it.
So to make things simple for you:
- $78.6k breakout + huge upside move played out
- LTF zones are $83.3k and $85.2k
- HTF liquidity heavily favours downside
- Break $85.5k and we can target $87k next; lose $83k and I favour another sweep lower
I’ll post any changes to my positioning and the key levels I’m watching in the free Telegram (link in bio).
