[0G Launches AI Compute Finance Layer 'Compute Finance'; Compute-Based Digital Asset iAI to Go Live on September 29] BlockBeats News, September 21: The AI Trust Layer and cutting-edge AI lab 0G today announced the launch of Compute Finance (abbreviated as ComFi), a financial layer built around AI compute power. Unlike assets that only generate interest or token yields, ComFi enables digital assets to be directly converted into compute credits that can be used across various AI services. On the same day, 0G also launched its liquid staking product Ascend, along with plans to release the compute-based digital asset Infinite AI (iAI) on September 29. The user flow is as follows: Stake 0G → Receive a0G → Mint iAI → Stake iAI → Earn compute credits → Use AI services. a0G allows users to retain DeFi composability during the staking period and is currently the only asset that can be used to mint iAI. According to the initial parameter design, eligible staked iAI can earn compute credits with a nominal daily usage value exceeding $1, which can be used for products such as the 0G Private Computer (integrating over 130 AI models at launch) and the 0G App. Minting iAI locks the underlying collateral, while burning it unlocks the collateral.
