[Analysis: Bitcoin's Trend Resembles 2022 Scenario, Beware of Post-Rebound Decline] According to CoinDesk, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points on September 16, and the market anticipates a further 75 basis points hike over the next six months. Bitcoin has currently fallen approximately 40% from its October peak of around $126,000, similar to the 40% decline from the November 2021 high of about $69,000 following the first rate hike in March 2022. After the March 2022 rate hike, Bitcoin rebounded by approximately 18% within 12 days, only to subsequently drop by about 50%. The current trend may carry a similar risk of "rebound first, then decline," but the reference value of a single historical cycle is limited.
