Congress just advanced a bill to make the US government diamond hand 328,372 BTC for 20 years. The American Reserve Modernization Act of 2026 (ARMA, H.R. 8957) is moving forward. Not final yet. Still needs a full House floor vote and Senate approval before it goes to the President. To be clear: this does NOT codify buying more BTC. It only locks in Bitcoin already seized by the government. The buying bill is still stuck in limbo. But after the CLARITY Act letdown, we'll take what we can get.
