BlockBeats News, September 17: According to an official announcement from H100 Group, the company’s CEO, Eirik Grottum, increased his stake by purchasing 407,163 shares of H100 through the affiliated company Kode Oslo AS. The total transaction amount was approximately 621,900 SEK, with an average purchase price of 1.53 SEK per share.
The announcement revealed that 405,663 shares were purchased on September 15 at a price of 1.53 SEK per share, while an additional 1,500 shares were purchased on August 19 at a price of 1.40 SEK per share. Following the transaction, Eirik Grottum’s affiliated company now holds a total of 5,399,464 shares in H100.
