Arc mainnet officially launched yesterday, and I immediately tried it out using the Binance Wallet @binancezh.
What caught my attention this time isn’t just “another new chain going live,” but rather Arc’s unique positioning.
It’s a stablecoin blockchain infrastructure led by Circle, with a core focus on the native issuance and cross-chain circulation of USDC. So, what I think is more worth watching is whether it can truly deliver efficiency for stablecoins in scenarios like payments, DeFi, and cross-chain applications.
For regular users, the most troublesome part of a newly launched chain is often not whether there are opportunities, but how to get started in the first place.
In the past, when encountering a new chain, you’d often have to manually find the RPC, configure the wallet, and locate a cross-chain entry point—spending half a day just to start trading.
This time, with Arc’s launch, Binance Wallet @BinanceWallet was among the first to integrate it. I could see the Arc network and on-chain assets directly in the wallet, making the whole process much simpler than manual configuration.
What’s even better is that there’s currently a 7-day zero service fee promotion, so it’s the perfect window to try it out.
Personally, I prefer this “experience first, then evaluate” approach. Early-stage new chains are definitely worth observing, but on-chain asset risks are equally high, and zero service fees don’t mean there’s no trading risk. Binance
