[Hamas Military Organization Suggests Donors Avoid Binance and Switch to Platforms Like Bybit and OKX]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on September 16, according to CoinDesk, asset forfeiture documents recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice reveal that the Hamas military organization Al-Qassam Brigades recommended in an internal letter that donors avoid using Binance for fund transfers. Instead, they suggested using platforms such as Bybit, OKX, Kast, and Redotpay, and advised transferring USDT via the Tron chain TRC-20 network. In response, Binance Chief Compliance Officer Noah Perlman stated, 'When terrorist organizations tell people to avoid Binance, it shows our controls are working.' OKX responded by stating that the relevant wallet addresses are not associated with their platform and have been flagged by their internal risk control system as suspected illegal addresses. Any attempts to transfer funds to these addresses will be intercepted.
