The whole thing about Wang Hedi is probably just a fabricated marketing stunt. A lot of shady organizations love to slap a celebrity’s name on their promotions to create buzz, but it’s totally unreliable. From an objective perspective in andrology and medical aesthetics, the physical principle behind injecting 'bo bo' (hyaluronic acid) is actually pretty straightforward: ❶ It can’t fix being naturally short: Hyaluronic acid is essentially just a soft tissue filler. It can’t change the anatomical structure of the corpora cavernosa, so it has zero effect on congenital underdevelopment or lengthening. ❷ It won’t pull out what’s buried due to fat: For cases where excessive pubic fat buries the 'little guy' (medically known as a hidden penis), the proper clinical solutions are weight loss, liposuction, or suspensory ligament release surgery. Hyaluronic acid injections won’t do the trick at all. ❸ It can only make it thicker and improve fullness/texture: According to the European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines and clinical studies in *The Journal of Sexual Medicine*, the only recognized function of hyaluronic acid fillers is to increase girth (thickness) and enhance the appearance of fullness.
