THE BLOCK: Prometheum Capital, HashKey and Velocity Capital have signed a binding MOU to make tokenized U.S. equities, ETFs and Treasuries available to eligible international investors through HashKey’s licensed exchanges. The planned tokens would represent securities held at DTC, connecting Prometheum’s regulated custody and trading infrastructure with international crypto-market distribution and the forthcoming DTCC Tokenization Service. The initiative remains subject to definitive agreements, regulatory approvals, and technical integration, with DTCC’s tokenization service expected to launch in Q4 2026.
