Payward, Kraken’s parent company, plans to bring onchain perpetual futures to U.S. clients via Hyperliquid. Bitnomial would deploy and clear the HIP-3 markets, while NinjaTrader Clearing would carry client accounts. Payward says it would be the first registered U.S. exchange and clearinghouse to deploy a market on Hyperliquid.
