JUST IN: CRWV @CoreWeave has signed a 15-year anchor lease for #AI data center capacity at @Blockfusion_USA Niagara Falls campus, converting a June letter of intent into definitive agreements that also cover expansion. The former power plant, powered predominantly by hydroelectricity, is being adapted for high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure. Blockfusion’s announcement did not disclose contracted capacity or financial terms. The deal comes as Blockfusion pursues a Nasdaq listing through a proposed merger with Blue Acquisition Corp.
