Remember when I first started following Bitget @Bitget_zh? Back then, it was just a crypto trading platform in my eyes. Over the past few years, I’ve been tinkering around in Web3—spot trading, contracts, new assets, new narratives—and Bitget has been evolving alongside. Especially in the past year, the changes have been pretty noticeable. Expanding beyond crypto, Bitget has started incorporating more traditional assets like U.S. stocks, forex, and gold into its trading ecosystem. Looking back now, Bitget’s 8th anniversary slogan, 'From one market to every market,' isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s an attempt to answer a very practical question: Do we really need so many different platforms to manage different assets in the future? Bitget’s 8th anniversary official tweet: If I were to make a wish for 8-year-old Bitget, I wouldn’t wish for 'adding more coins.' Instead, I’d hope it continues to excel at one thing: Making trading simpler, but not so simple that it loses its professionalism. For example, having one account, one asset system, and a more unified experience for fund management and risk management. For regular users, they shouldn’t have to figure out which platform to buy BTC on, which platform to check U.S. stocks, or which platform to trade gold. For people like me who study markets daily, I’d also hope for more comprehensive data, tools, and AI capabilities to truly help users understand the market—not just cram more trading options into one app. If Bitget can further transform from a 'trading platform' into a true AI-powered multi-asset financial gateway in the future, I think that would be really exciting. 8 years old is still very young. I hope in the next 8 years, Bitget keeps up this spirit of 'daring to move forward.' And I hope that one day, when we look back, we’ll find that the bold ideas we have today have already become commonplace products. Happy 8th anniversary, Bitget.
