Markets hate uncertaintly and today's Clarity Act vote + tomorrow's FOMC decision are the poster children for uncertainty. Whether The Clarity Act is advanced by the US Senate or not and whether we get a rate hike or not, IMO crypto is going higher when market participants know exactly where they stand with today's vote and tomorrow FOMC decision.
