[Elon Musk Rules Out Slowing Down Cutting-Edge AI Development, Proposes Cross-Lab Testing Mechanism] Odaily Planet Daily reports that Paradis posted on the X platform stating that Elon, during an interview, ruled out the possibility of slowing down cutting-edge AI development and proposed a cross-laboratory testing mechanism. He believes that related testing, evaluation, and defensive agents will all increase computational power demand. Gwynne stated that the demand for computational power leasing has not declined. Elon also mentioned that all equipment for the wafer fabrication facility at Giga Texas has been ordered, with practical results expected to be produced by the end of next year; SPCX has already begun packaging. Paradis believes this reflects that CoWoS production capacity may remain tight until 2027.
