According to the U.S. Department of Justice, former Los Angeles County deputy sheriff Christopher Michael Cadman has been sentenced to 21 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $25,000 in restitution for abusing his position as a law enforcement officer. He allegedly threatened and intimidated competitors on behalf of self-proclaimed 'Crypto dealer' Adam Iza and was also involved in tax fraud. Cadman previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate civil rights and filing false tax returns. Prosecutors stated that Cadman, along with other officers, used firearms to threaten one of Iza's rivals, forcing them to transfer approximately $25,000. He also helped orchestrate a traffic stop and arrest of the same victim. Iza, who was previously convicted for his role in a Bitcoin robbery and attempted kidnapping case, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison. https://(wublock123.com)/news/ex-los-angeles-cop-turned-enforcer-for-crypto-dealer-sentenced-21-months-68400
