[Kraken Launches Tokenized Stock DeFi Vault with Yield-Earning Support] According to TechFlow's report on September 15, as cited by Cointelegraph, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has officially launched an on-chain yield vault service called 'xStocks.' This service allows investors to earn DeFi (decentralized finance) yields through tokenized stocks and ETFs held on the platform. The feature is built on the infrastructure of Kraken DeFi Earn, supported by the Veda protocol, and designed and managed by Sentora, which oversees the underlying lending strategies. Users' tokenized assets will be lent to decentralized finance markets such as Kamino on the Solana network, and the resulting yields will be distributed directly to users in the form of additional xStocks. Currently, the first batch of tokenized assets supported by the vault includes the Invesco QQQ ETF (ticker: QQQx), the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (ticker: SPYx), and Nvidia stock (ticker: NVDAx). This feature is now available to eligible clients in the European Economic Area and other applicable markets but is not yet accessible to users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the UAE.
