[Oracle Founder Ellison Cancels Stock Sale Plan Worth Up to $7.5 Billion]
According to Bloomberg, Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has canceled a plan to sell up to 50 million shares of company stock, valued at approximately $7.5 billion based on last Friday's closing price. The plan was established on June 22 and was originally set to terminate on October 24, during which no shares were sold. Oracle stated that Ellison has no other plans to sell company stock. Dragged down by concerns over AI spending, Oracle's stock price has fallen more than 20% so far in 2026.
