Hot take If you're running a 0-person business (AI only), you WILL lose to businesses with a human-first approach. The most important hires in your company are now AI orchestrators. I.e. People that have taste and can review/curate the work of agents. Skills are becoming less valuable, and the value of taste/agency is sky rocketing.(Miles Deutscher)
