Under the Holder Rewards model, users only need to hold tokens to receive rewards. The longer the holding period, the higher the reward cap. Moving forward, creators issuing new tokens can choose between the standard Creator Fee model or the Holder Rewards model. Existing Cashback and Creator Fee tokens can also apply to switch to Holder Rewards, but once switched, further changes will not be allowed. Under the Holder Rewards model, related fees will be directed to the Pump.fun distribution wallet and automatically allocated to holders multiple times per hour based on their holding proportion.
