This update fixes backup issues in Lightning wallets using non-deterministic keys and anchor channels. Affected wallets may have existing channels or full wallet backups missing the keys needed to retrieve on-chain funds after remote force closures. Electrum will warn affected users upon startup and recommend re-exporting backups, as old backups cannot fully recover funds in such cases.
