The market doesn’t owe you a trade. You only owe yourself a price. If you’re into decentralization, check out this limit order method!
Let’s assume a single trade, just talking about the method here. This isn’t about protocol features or anyone’s calls.
If you’re holding fxUSD or ethereum:0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48, and there’s still disagreement in the market, but the price isn’t where you want it, don’t chase with a market order.
Connect to @Rabby_io, open @1inch Trade, and switch to Limit.
Network: Ethereum. Validity: 7 days. Only authorize the amount for this order, don’t set unlimited approval.
Example: 6000 fxUSD, limit price 20 fxUSD / ethereum:0x365accfca291e7d3914637abf1f7635db165bb09, theoretically about 300 FXN.
The funds stay in your own address, and the trade only executes if the price is met and there’s liquidity. Placing the order doesn’t mean it will execute.
Only trust these contracts:
fxUSD: 0x085780639CC2cACd35E474e71f4d000e2405d8f6
FXN: 0x365AccFCa291e7D3914637ABf1F7635dB165Bb09
Leave 0.01–0.02 ETH for gas.
Most of the liquidity is on Curve’s FXN/WETH pool. This limit order method essentially routes to consume liquidity, but there’s no guarantee it will execute.
Buy during disagreement, sell during consensus.
We’re writing discipline into the order, not conclusions based on opinions.
Alternatively, if you’re confident in your target price, go ahead and place a limit order. The same applies to selling. My target price is a bit high, so it’s not convenient to share here . FXN is currently at 30—not because the price has outpaced time, but because time has waited too long for the price (as it should). The market needs it to rise, and it has nothing to do with the tech. Don’t go against the trend!
This is a personal operation demo, not investment advice. Always evaluate carefully before investing, and don’t blindly follow trends!
