Currently, none of the HIP3 or HIP4 projects on hyperliquid have the possibility of issuing tokens. hyperliquid has not explicitly stated whether these projects can or cannot issue tokens. Token issuance for these projects requires approval from the hyperliquid community. If any HIP3 or HIP4 project claims they’re issuing tokens, that’s pure PUA trying to get you to pump their numbers.
