Wu Blockchain has learned that F2Pool co-founder Chun Wang stated that Oleksii Trofimchuk filed a lawsuit on September 8 in the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, USA, against Lido, stakefish, and others. The dispute involves high-priority fees/MEV proceeds generated after his wallet was stolen. The court's public records show that OLEKSII TROFIMCHUK vs STAKEFISH US INC. et al was filed on the same day. Chun explained that stakefish, as a validator, can only package valid transactions according to Ethereum protocol rules and cannot determine off-chain asset ownership. If validators are required to recover rewards based on off-chain ownership claims, it would force them to conduct transaction censorship and potentially harm Ethereum's decentralization and credible neutrality.
