The proposal suggests formally seizing the 22.65 BTC previously frozen in the attacker’s address through an emergency on-chain upgrade via governance voting, and using the BTC reserves accumulated in the Osmosis Community Pool to cover the remaining gap of approximately 17.19 BTC.
