BTC plan for today. The good thing is our short-bias from yesterday was correct, unfortunately it missed our entry. This is a part of trading, key is to not chase and focus on new setups in the now. The 80K region remains valid though, will look for short triggers if Bitcoin tests it. For longs, I'd like to sweep the 77.6K low and possibly test the 77.3K region. This is in the extremes of the weekly range + the POC is located in this region. If we get the sweep, I'll definitely look for long-triggers towards 80K+. Lots of red folder news coming in at 08:30 (ET), tbh I'm not eager to position before it's released. I'll probably wait for the news release and anticipate on the markets' reaction. Local PA is a bit messy and squeezing within the range, don't get chopped up and just wait for high-probability setups.(Lennaert Snyder)
