[NVIDIA Rubin Ultra Chip Reportedly Switching to 8-Layer HBM]
Odaily Planet Daily reports, according to industry sources, NVIDIA (NVDA.O) is considering adjusting the high-bandwidth memory (HBM) configuration of its next-generation Rubin Ultra AI accelerator from the previous 12-layer stack to an 8-layer stack.
