FURTHER PROOF CONGRESS IS BROKEN: In 2026, we still apply 1930 statutes and a 1946 Supreme Court case involving 🍊 groves to modern day technologies like blockchain, automation, AI, quantum computing, robotics, and other technological advances. We keep going from one extreme to the other in this country. Under Biden, we had regulation by enforcement and @ewarren trying to ban the self-custody of Bitcoin in America. Under Trump, we have the Trump & Melania Meme Coins. Whatever happened to Congress doing its job and agreeing to sensible regulations that protect consumers while fostering American innovation?
