**[ChatGPT Work Adds Writing Style Learning: Write More Like Yourself in the Future]**
Beating AI Newsflash: OpenAI has introduced a "Writing Style" feature for ChatGPT Work. After connecting Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, or SharePoint, it can learn your writing style directly from your past emails, messages, and documents, including commonly used words, fixed sign-offs, and capitalization habits. When Work writes emails, messages, or documents in the future, it will automatically apply these habits.
Previously, if you wanted ChatGPT to "write like yourself," you typically had to describe your tone or repeatedly provide sample texts. Now, this step can be handed over to Work, which will automatically learn from your existing work content.
One topic of discussion in the community is that people's writing styles often vary across different contexts—for example, Gmail and Slack might involve completely different tones. OpenAI has not yet clarified how such cases will be handled.
The feature can currently be set up via the web interface under "Settings → Personalization → Writing Style" and will then apply to both the web and mobile versions of ChatGPT Work. [Original Link]
