On September 4, the total holdings of ethereum:native spot ETFs rose to 6,315,954.27 ETH, with a net increase of 25,164.34 ETH on the day. Although this figure is lower than the 62,835.71 ETH on September 3, after a significant net outflow on September 2, ETH has seen two consecutive days of net inflows. So far this week, the cumulative net increase has reached 112,010.58 ETH.
Over the past 7 trading days, the cumulative net increase is 234,162.28 ETH, with a total increase of 60,012.46 ETH since the beginning of September. Looking at the bigger picture, ETH's capital flow is still significantly stronger than BTC. Since 2026, the cumulative net increase has expanded to 200,486.69 ETH, with total holdings continuing to hit new highs.
So, the current state of ETH is pretty clear. Although the pace of accumulation isn't as aggressive as the previous day, top-tier products are still consistently adding positions, and there hasn’t been any large-scale withdrawal. If core products like BlackRock continue to dominate inflows, ETH's capital strength is highly likely to remain stronger than BTC in the short term.
