The chip is first featured in the Xiaomi 18Fold foldable flagship smartphone, marking the global debut of LPDDR6 technology in flagship mobile devices. This chip has a capacity of 16GB, with a maximum transfer rate of 12,800Mbps, and a paired rate of 10,667Mbps with the SoC, providing ample data bandwidth to meet the stringent computational demands of flagship smartphones and high-performance terminal devices.
