[Daye Co., Ltd.: U.S. Department of Commerce Revokes Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties on Chinese Gasoline-Powered Hand-Push Lawn Mowers Exported to the U.S.] Daye Co., Ltd. announced that there has been a recent development regarding the anti-dumping and countervailing measures previously disclosed by the company concerning Chinese gasoline-powered hand-push lawn mowers exported to the U.S. On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated its first 'sunset review.' As no U.S. domestic manufacturers or other interested parties submitted substantive responses within the stipulated timeframe, the department decided to revoke the related duties, effective July 13, 2026. At that time, imports of such products into the U.S. will no longer face customs clearance suspension or require anti-dumping and countervailing duty deposits.
