[Institution: Q2 DRAM Industry Revenue Increased by 59.5% Quarterly, Supply Expansion Still Falls Short of Demand Growth] Deep Tide TechFlow reports, on September 7, according to the latest memory industry research by TrendForce, in the second quarter of 2026, the significant rise in contract prices for Conventional DRAM drove overall DRAM industry revenue to grow by 59.5% quarterly, reaching nearly $154.73 billion. With LLM model training and AI inference stimulating demand for AI servers, shipments of HBM3e, LPDDR5X, and high-capacity RDIMM grew simultaneously, while Agentic AI applications boosted demand across various RDIMM capacity specifications. On the supply side, original factory inventories are at a low point, and new supply is prioritized to meet server application needs, leading to a slight increase in overall DRAM bit shipments in the second quarter.
